Bankfirst has successfully transitioned their mortgage originations processes onto Cloudcase. This has been part of a wider transformation program of works that the bank had undertaken.

Bankfirst can now originate their mortgages via Cloudcase across 3 distinct channels: Direct to customer/online, in branch and via their broker gateway. This again demonstrates the true strength of Cloudcase’s ability to originate any product across all channels all whilst integrated into their core Ultradata platform.

Bankfirst has focused on the customer/member/staff and broker experience to assist in facilitating a smooth experience in the originations process. The successful launch by Bankfirst is setting the standard for mutuals looking to move to a best-in-class transition, transformation, and stakeholder experience.

Bank First was born when a group of 48 educators came together with a shared belief. In 1972, they started their own financial institution - a mutual bank owned entirely by customers.
